Bryan and I are great fans of The California Pizza Kitchen Cookbook. We intend to cook our way right through it!
So far,
we have made:
Chicken Dijon Pizza,
Rosemary Chicken and Potato Pizza,
Tandoori Chicken Pizza,
Thai Chicken Pizza,
Vegetarian Pizza with Broccoli
and , last night, we had The Original BBQ Chicken Pizza (with added sweet red peppers)
All of
them have been excellent!
