DILL HERE? YOU BET!

At a dinner party, a ‘wit’ once remarked that I probably thought the dish being served was Ukrainian because it had mushrooms in it.

But perhaps I might have agreed if it had had dill.

This  DILL DRESSING Bryan made for our salad tastes fills the air with a mouth-watering tang and tastes just as great as it looks.

2 garlic cloves
¼ cup parsley
½ cup dill
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup vinegar
¼ cup olive oil
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper

1.       Mash garlic cloves in a garlic press.
2.      Chop parsley.
3.      Chop dill.
4.      Mix all the above into sour cream.
5.      Add cup vinegar.
6.      Add olive oil.
7.      Beat all together with salt and pepper.

  1. Yum....this dill salad dressing sounds wonderful.
One of my sons loves the dill salad dressing at the Veselka restaurant in NYC, and asked me to figure out the ingredients.
I will definitely try your recipe, and it might be very close. Will let you know.
