Tomato-Cucumber-Mint Salad made our dinner perfect when paired with
an Eggs Benedict Pizza (California Pizza Kitchen Cookbook),
Asparagus with Egg & Lemon Sauce complemented a French Pork Pie
but then the Sweet-and-sour
Cucumber Salad with Chillies, Cilantro, and Mint absolutely dazzled the next day with the leftover
Tourte des Vallées.
