Two Pretty Girls . . . and 500 SENSATIONAL SALADS

When I woke up the other morning, I felt puzzled and looked all around the bedroom.  Where was Maybelle?  
Miss you, girl!

But then I realized I had a date with another special grand-dog . . .

A Tomato-Cucumber-Mint Salad made our dinner perfect when paired with

an Eggs Benedict Pizza  (California Pizza Kitchen Cookbook),

Asparagus with Egg & Lemon Sauce complemented a French Pork Pie

but then the Sweet-and-sour Cucumber Salad with Chillies, Cilantro, and Mint absolutely dazzled the next day with the leftover

Tourte des Vallées.

Last night, we loved the Green Bean & Sweet Red Pepper Salad with Ukrainian

Cottage Cheese Dill Buns
