Bryan arrived in Laredo last night and
met Kepler for the first time.
Maybelle was beside herself at seeing
Bryan again.
**********
Bryan hadn't eaten so I served him the perogies I made with a fantastic new filling
for Easter.
1 ¾ pounds potatoes
8 ounces feta
3 tablespoons Frank’s Red Hot
Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
1 egg
2 green onions, including white
bottoms
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
For perogy dough and method, I never
use anything but Mom’s because the dough is ALWAYS tender and perfect. See:

Frying the perogies is a great way of reheating them.

Supper
tonight:
Nicole made the hearty Polish Hunter’s Soup.
I made the salty, buttery German Pretzel Sticks.
