Cocktail Hour is such a treat; it's a time to kick back and catch up with what's been going on in everyone's life and the world.

I have to say a special thanks to Bryan because he makes this happen with a different fantastic cocktail or mocktail almost every time.

Bryan looks at lots of recipes and then he comes up with his own version that will suit a demanding crowd who don't like anything too sweet.

Here is one of Bryan's terrific Mocktails:

THE PALOMA FIZZ

3 ounces freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
1 ounce rosemary infused simple syrup

Pour juice and syrup into a Collins glass.  Stir.  Fill glass with ice.  Top off with club soda.
Garnish (optional) with rosemary sprig and a slice of grapefruit.

*this makes one drink.
