An Art conference
in Chicago pulls in lots of visitors.
VIPs can count on being met at the airport.
In spite
of a small accident (the taxi was
side-swiped), we arrived in time for the complimentary Happy Hour at the Hotel
Monaco Chicago.
After inspecting
the accommodation
and establishing
the Chain of Command
we
proceeded to dinner at Belly Q

where the
Red Lotus Cocktail proved unique and delicious.
A truly auspicious first day!
