Food as Art
The Globe
and Mail presented a picture of an art installation under a restaurant chair in
Paris -- a figurine of a tiny waiter standing beside a half-eaten croissant. The artist, Slinkachu, is making, according to the reporter, “a
statement about our foodie (some might say snobbish) obsessions”.
