BRUSSELS SPROUTS, Oven-Roasted

2 lb. brussels sprouts

4 tbsp vegetable oil

¾ to 1 tsp salt

¼ tsp pepper

·        Trim sprouts and cut in half.

·        Preheat oven to 425.

·        In a bowl, toss the sprouts with the oil, salt, and pepper.

·        Transfer to one rimmed baking sheet.

·        Roast 15 minutes and toss.

·        Roast 10 more minutes.

Serve.
